Colombia Four Brothers Micro-lot

This micro-lot comes to us from the larger farm of Santana El Bolson in Pitalito, Huila department of Colombia. The farm is owned by third-generation growers of the Rojas family. In order to be a viable and sustainable farm, the growers are very focused on water conservation, forest protection, and crop rotation, as well as planting new varietals like Geisha, Pink Bourbon, and Caturra. We have brought this coffee to Swing’s via our close partnership with Paisa Coffee LLC, a woman-owned and run importer, and also a member of the Rojas family. The Rojas family routinely competes in the Cup of Excellence competition and has received national and international accolades.

In the cup, we get light berries with sweet cream and milk chocolate.
