Home Grown Sourcing Details
El Eje (the axis) coffee was sourced from multiple farms around Risaralda, Colombia, and sent to our partners at Descafecol for decaffeination. Their proprietary process uses a solvent base, which is a byproduct from processing sugar cane in nearby Cali. This chemical-free process sustains the natural coffee flavors while eliminating over 98% of caffeine. In the cup, that sugar cane (panela) comes through, as does milk chocolate.
