This is great for new hires and anyone who needs a refresher on basic best practices and specialty coffee industry standards. Includes a roastery tour with a brief discussion of coffee origins & processing. Proper bar setup, espresso preparation, grind adjustment, milk steaming, and daily cleaning/maintenance are covered.
